Measure the display
Screen size alone is not enough. We measure the full housing, stand or mount components and any protruding controls or connectors.
TV & monitor packing • Charlotte, NC
Large screens are vulnerable to pressure, corner impact and flex. We assess the display size, stand, original packaging and shipping method before choosing the carton and protection system.
The process
Screen size alone is not enough. We measure the full housing, stand or mount components and any protruding controls or connectors.
The packing plan keeps pressure away from the display face while supporting vulnerable corners and controlling movement.
Stands, remotes, cables, mounting hardware and power supplies are separated and secured so they cannot strike the screen in transit.
If the manufacturer box and fitted inserts are still intact, bring them. Purpose-built inserts can provide useful support when they remain structurally sound.
Their shape makes generic flat cartons a poor fit. The package needs enough clearance for protection without creating a large empty cavity that allows movement.
Quote the real job
For unusual or valuable items, we may ask for photos or an in-person inspection before finalizing the packing plan.
Questions
