The packing plan keeps pressure away from the display face while supporting vulnerable corners and controlling movement.
Keep accessories organized
Stands, remotes, cables, mounting hardware and power supplies are separated and secured so they cannot strike the screen in transit.

Original TV packaging can be the best starting point
If the manufacturer box and fitted inserts are still intact, bring them. Purpose-built inserts can provide useful support when they remain structurally sound.

Curved and ultrawide monitors need extra planning
Their shape makes generic flat cartons a poor fit. The package needs enough clearance for protection without creating a large empty cavity that allows movement.

- Bring the original box and fitted inserts if available.
- List stands, remotes, cables and mounting hardware that need to travel.
- Mention a curved panel, existing damage or another special handling concern.

The housing, curvature, stand and protrusions affect the available support and clearance. The complete display needs assessment before choosing the carton.
Keep hardware away from the display face
A stand or power supply needs separation from the screen. Include it in the quote so its packing is planned alongside the display.

Before you bring the project in
Can you pack a TV without the original box?+
Yes, subject to size and inspection. We can quote a suitable TV carton or custom corrugated approach when the manufacturer packaging is unavailable.
Should the stand be removed?+
Often the stand or base is removed and protected separately, but the correct approach depends on the model and manufacturer design.
Can you pack a curved gaming monitor?+
Yes, subject to inspection. Curved and ultrawide displays need enough clearance and support to avoid pressure on the panel.
