Build the packing system
We select the carton, cushioning and movement-control approach. Some electronics benefit from a protected inner carton and a larger outer carton.

Battery-powered devices and certain components can have carrier rules. We review the actual item before finalizing a shipment.

Bring the original packaging if you have it
Manufacturer foam and fitted inserts can be valuable when they are still in good condition. We can inspect them and decide whether they should be reused, reinforced or replaced.

Accessories should not become projectiles
Power bricks, controllers, stands and cables can damage the primary device if they are loose inside the same cavity. We separate and immobilize accessories as the packing plan requires.

Before you bring it in
- List each device, its rough dimensions and whether you have fitted manufacturer packaging.
- Include power supplies, stands, controllers and other accessories in the item list.
- Tell us about batteries, screens, projecting controls or loose parts.
- For an office batch, include the device count, destination pattern and deadline.
Equipment changes the protection
A console, audio unit and display have different vulnerable areas. Weight, controls, screen surfaces and original inserts help determine the appropriate packing approach.
Accessories need their own space
A power supply or stand can damage the device if it moves against it. Include all accessories so separation and organization are considered in the quote.

Some battery-powered devices can be shipped, but carrier rules vary by battery type, condition, watt-hour rating, destination and mode of transport. We review the item before quoting the shipment.
