Identify fragile points
Screens, knobs, ports, corners, glass, loose accessories and heavy components influence how the item should be supported.
Electronics packing • Charlotte, NC
Sensitive electronics often need more than bubble wrap. We look at weight, screens, ports, protrusions, batteries, original inserts and how the device will be handled in transit.
The process
Screens, knobs, ports, corners, glass, loose accessories and heavy components influence how the item should be supported.
We select the carton, cushioning and movement-control approach. Some electronics benefit from a protected inner carton and a larger outer carton.
Battery-powered devices and certain components can have carrier rules. We review the actual item before finalizing a shipment.
Manufacturer foam and fitted inserts can be valuable when they are still in good condition. We can inspect them and decide whether they should be reused, reinforced or replaced.
Power bricks, controllers, stands and cables can damage the primary device if they are loose inside the same cavity. We separate and immobilize accessories as the packing plan requires.
Quote the real job
For unusual or valuable items, we may ask for photos or an in-person inspection before finalizing the packing plan.
Questions
Yes, subject to size and condition. Large displays need careful face, edge and corner protection and enough carton depth for effective cushioning.
Some battery-powered devices can be shipped, but carrier rules vary by battery type, condition, watt-hour rating, destination and mode of transport. We review the item before quoting the shipment.
Yes. For multi-device projects, send the quantity, device type, destinations and deadline so we can quote a repeatable packing workflow.
