The process

A packing plan before the tape comes out

01

Reserve the project window

Holiday capacity is finite. The earlier we know the quantity, contents and target arrival date, the easier it is to secure materials and production time.

02

Approve one package

We establish what goes in the box, how it is arranged and what printed material is included before running the batch.

03

Pack, label and release

We work through the batch in a controlled sequence and release shipments according to the agreed shipping plan.

1

The deadline matters more than the holiday

The key planning date is when recipients need the package in hand. Transit time, weekend schedules, weather and carrier volume all affect when packing needs to be completed.

2

Address-list quality matters

A clean spreadsheet saves enormous time on a multi-address job. We confirm the required columns and data format before labels are produced.

3

Great fit for repeat annual projects

Once a project has a documented packout, next year can start with a proven quantity, box size and assembly sequence instead of rebuilding the workflow from zero.

Quote the real job

Send the quantity, rough dimensions, value and deadline.

For unusual or valuable items, we may ask for photos or an in-person inspection before finalizing the packing plan.

Questions

Before you bring the project in

How early should we book a Christmas packing project?+

As early as practical once quantities are known. Larger jobs should be scheduled before the seasonal shipping rush so materials and production time can be reserved.

Can we drop off all the gifts at once?+

Usually yes, provided the project has been quoted and scheduled first. We confirm how items should be organized when you bring them in.

Can you include cards and branded inserts?+

Yes. Supply the approved insert and instructions, and we can make it part of the repeated packout.
