A project service, not inventory storage
This is designed for campaigns with a defined start and finish. If you need months of pallet storage, daily ecommerce order picking or enterprise fulfillment software, a full 3PL is likely a better fit.

Employee welcome kits and event kits
An employee welcome kit may have different contents by role; an event kit may vary by attendee group. Give each version a name, list its components and count the finished kits needed. Agree a sample arrangement and identify which supplied materials will be ready before assembly.

Supplied printed inserts
List the cards, flyers or instructions that belong in each kit. Keep the version and placement instructions with the component list so the approved arrangement can be repeated.

Multiply the quantity per kit by the number of kits for that version. Comparing that requirement with the supplied items helps identify missing components before assembly.
A sample kit makes the instructions concrete
The approved sample defines the contents, sequence and arrangement. If there are different versions, each needs clear rules before the batch begins.

Yes. Finished kits can be prepared for pickup or another delivery method.
Can each kit be slightly different?+
Yes, if the variation rules are clear and the recipient or version data is supplied in a usable format.
Do you store inventory long term?+
Long-term warehousing is not the core Pack Charlotte service. We focus on scheduled, finite packing and kitting projects.
