Assemble and stage
We assemble the batch, identify any shortages and prepare finished kits for pickup or shipment.

A project service, not inventory storage
This is designed for campaigns with a defined start and finish. If you need months of pallet storage, daily ecommerce order picking or enterprise fulfillment software, a full 3PL is likely a better fit.

Variations can be planned
If executives get one item and employees another, or each recipient gets a personalized insert, tell us before quoting. Variations add handling steps but can be built into the workflow.
Quote the real job
Send the quantity, rough dimensions, value and deadline.
For unusual or valuable items, we may ask for photos or an in-person inspection before finalizing the packing plan.

Can you assemble kits without shipping them?+
Yes. Finished kits can be prepared for pickup or another delivery method.
Can each kit be slightly different?+
Yes, if the variation rules are clear and the recipient or version data is supplied in a usable format.
Do you store inventory long term?+
Long-term warehousing is not the core Pack Charlotte service. We focus on scheduled, finite packing and kitting projects.
