Packing FAQ

Questions before the box closes

The exact answer often depends on the item, but these cover the most common project questions.

What does Pack Charlotte pack?+

We focus on valuable, fragile, unusual and high-volume items, including gaming PCs, electronics, framed artwork, fragile objects, custom-box jobs, corporate gifts and scheduled bulk projects.

Can you pack 100 or more items for a business?+

Yes. Bulk packing is a core service. Send the quantity, contents, deadline, whether each package is identical and whether the finished boxes are going to one address or many.

Can every package go to a different address?+

Yes. Multi-address shipping can be part of a project when you provide a clean recipient list and the contents are eligible for the selected shipping service.

Do you do long-term warehousing or ecommerce fulfillment?+

Pack Charlotte is primarily a project-packing and small-batch kitting service, not a long-term warehouse or enterprise 3PL. Defined campaigns, seasonal surges and one-time projects are the best fit.

Can you pack a gaming PC?+

Yes. We inspect the tower, glass, internal components, accessories and any original packaging before deciding on the right stabilization and carton system.

Can you pack artwork?+

Yes. We handle many framed pieces, prints, canvas and decor. If a work requires museum-grade handling, climate-controlled transportation or engineered wooden crating, we will tell you before accepting the job.

Can I bring my own box or original packaging?+

Yes. Bring it. We will assess whether it is strong enough, correctly sized and useful as part of the packing system.

Can you make a custom box?+

We can resize, combine or create corrugated solutions for many unusual items. Industrial wooden crating is not the core service.

Can you ship the item after packing it?+

Yes, shipping can be quoted with the packing service. Carrier restrictions, prohibited-item rules, batteries, destination and declared-value terms are reviewed before final acceptance.

How much does packing cost?+

Packing is quoted from the actual job. Size, weight, fragility, materials, quantity, custom-box work, assembly steps and deadline all affect price. Bulk projects can be quoted as a repeatable packout rather than pricing every package from scratch.

Do I need an appointment?+

A single item can often start with a walk-in or call, but large projects should be quoted and scheduled before you bring the full quantity to the location.

Can you include cards, brochures or branded inserts in bulk packages?+

Yes. If every package gets the same insert or there are clear recipient-specific variations, those can be built into the project packout.
