Stabilize and protect
The packing plan may include internal support, surface protection, cushioning, a snug inner carton and a larger outer carton when double-boxing makes sense.
Prepare the shipment
Once packed, we can prepare the shipment and help you choose a shipping service based on destination, speed and declared value needs.

Why gaming PCs are awkward to ship
A tower can be heavy enough to build momentum inside a carton while still containing delicate glass, connectors and components. The goal is to prevent the case from becoming the cushioning system.

Original packaging helps when it is good
If you still have manufacturer inserts or a purpose-built case box, bring them. We can assess whether they are usable as part of the packing system instead of automatically throwing them away.

Monitors can be quoted with the tower
If the computer is traveling with a monitor, keyboard or other accessories, list everything in the quote. We can plan separate cartons or a coordinated shipment rather than forcing unlike items into one box.

Send the quantity, rough dimensions, value and deadline.
For unusual or valuable items, we may ask for photos or an in-person inspection before finalizing the packing plan.

Do I need to remove my graphics card?+
That depends on the PC layout, component weight, internal support and how the system will travel. We inspect the build before deciding what packing approach is appropriate.
Can you pack a PC with a glass side panel?+
Yes, subject to inspection. Tempered-glass cases need careful surface protection, movement control and adequate cushioning.
Can you ship the computer after packing it?+
Yes. Shipping can be quoted with the packing service. Carrier restrictions and declared-value terms vary, so the final shipment is reviewed before acceptance.
