Stabilize and protect
The packing plan may include internal support, surface protection, cushioning, a snug inner carton and a larger outer carton when double-boxing makes sense.

Why gaming PCs are awkward to ship
A tower can be heavy enough to build momentum inside a carton while still containing delicate glass, connectors and components. The goal is to prevent the case from becoming the cushioning system.

Original packaging helps when it is good
If you still have manufacturer inserts or a purpose-built case box, bring them. We can assess whether they are usable as part of the packing system instead of automatically throwing them away.

Monitors can be quoted with the tower
If the computer is traveling with a monitor, keyboard or other accessories, list everything in the quote. We can plan separate cartons or a coordinated shipment rather than forcing unlike items into one box.

A heavy component is a separate concern
A sturdy outer carton does not resolve movement inside the case. Component weight, mounting and the build layout affect whether support or separate preparation is appropriate.
The tower and screen need different plans
A monitor needs protection around its face and edges; the tower has different weight and component concerns. List both so each can be assessed rather than treated as one identical object.
