A packing plan before the tape comes out
Choose or create the carton
We may combine stock cartons, resize a corrugated box or build a fitted corrugated solution depending on the job.
Test the fit before closing
The item should be supported and restrained without crushing the cushioning or leaving large unsupported voids.

Custom does not always mean complicated
Sometimes the best solution is simply a resized or telescoped corrugated carton with the right internal protection. The goal is a strong, efficient shipping package, not unnecessary materials.

Repeatable boxes for repeat customers
If your business ships the same unusual product repeatedly, ask about a repeatable packing specification. A consistent box and material plan can make future orders faster to quote and assemble.

Our core service is custom corrugated packing for parcel-ready shipments and bulk projects. Jobs that truly require engineered wooden crating or industrial freight packaging may be referred to a specialist.
Can you make several identical custom boxes?+
Yes, depending on dimensions and quantity. Send the item size, quantity and deadline so we can plan the most efficient method.
Can you reuse my original box?+
Possibly. We inspect its strength, fit and condition before relying on it for a shipment.
